Mina Forciniti is an artist, designer and material researcher, and the founder of BARRO — a material research and design practice working across footwear, fashion, objects and biomaterials.

Her practice explores how materials can transform the relationship between the body, the process and fiction. Through experimentation, craft and technology, she develops objects and material processes that move between function, symbolism and imagination.
